- Makes ice cream, gelatti, sorbet and frozen desserts.
- Easy to use, just turn on the mixer, pour in the batter and let the dasher and freezer bowl do all the work.
- Produces up to 1.9 litres of soft consistency ice cream in 20 to 30 minutes. Soft ice cream can then be hardened in an airtight container in the freezer within 2-4 hours.
- After 15 hours in an ordinary household freezer liquid within the double walls of the freezer bowl provides thorough even freezing of ice cream batter throughout the mixing process.
