Prevents bubbling and swelling of pastry, resulting in an even, crisper and flatter crust. Great for pies, tarts, flans and quiches.

Ceramic Pie Weights features:

Re-usable ceramic pie weights for use when ‘blind baking’.
To use: Place rolled out pastry in dish. Cover with baking paper and scatter over pie weights. Bake pie until done. Then lift out paper and store pie weights for future use.
Oven safe.
Each ceramic ball is 1cm in diameter.
