Return Guarantee

Please choose carefully .If you change your mind about a purchase we will gladly exchange it for another or issue a credit. Refunds are not available in this instance. We will exchange or provide a credit to you once you have returned, and we have received, your purchases in the same condition that they were sent to you. Freight charges are your responsibility.

Any damaged goods should be notified by calling us on 0800 475767 or contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will replace or refund you promptly if any goods are damaged during delivery.

Replacements items are subject to availability, and if we do not have that particular item stocked, we will keep you informed when delivery will be made or we will refund you immediately if you prefer.

Please ensure all unwanted or damaged goods are returned to Table Pride in their original and unused condition, with their original packing within 7 days of receipt of delivery.

Table Pride will courier your purchases to your chosen destination anywhere within New Zealand (excluding
PO Box addresses).

Please allow 1-3 working days for North Island delivery and 2-5 working days for South Island delivery from the date payment is made. Rural delivery addresses will take longer.
